Hi! i live in myanmar (but im french) and im gonna adopt a dog, so i have to ask, are there adoption centers or pet shelters there? cuz im on holiday now so i cant find ppet shelters cuz im not in myanmar right now.. So if anyone knows a pet shelter or adoption center in myanmar, pls tell me. Thanks!

I think that if you petfinde it you can probably find dogs. I googled it and it brought me to a website like petfinder.

You are best off checking with your nearest Buddhist temple, as most charitable work in Myanmar goes through the temple network.
