Do you mean BEACHED whale? If so, no, I have not, it is very rare to see one.

There are 20 species of beaked whales so being more specific would not be a bad thing. Yes, some of them do reside in the Pacific Ocean although I thought Burma was near the Indian Ocean. I have never seen a beaked whale out at sea if your intent was to take a quick poll of yahoo users. If the question was only for those who have seen them and if you haven't you weren't supposed to reply forgive the misinterpretation.
