It depends. Korean pop stars do a lot of personal appearances. In the last few months we've had Rain, Big Bang and 2NE1 do local appearance in my small city. Rain was opening a clothing store, Big Bang was supporting an advertisement agreement they have with a clothing store and I'm not really sure why 2NE1 was here. You just have to keep an eye out for announcements about when they're doing these things.

yea, you have to see sponsored events... dont let korea's land size fool u... there is 40 million people living there... massively crowded, they can just slip by u without u noticing , lol... ur best bet is to find a upcoming event or show

if u talking about like concert or fan meeting then jsut go to one of them in seoul. or go to shows like Mcountdown or musicbank. if u mean like personal? then the famous place where celebrities are usually found at is a place called ApGujung. its a high-class town

its possible... or are you talking about making an appointment with them and meeting up? if its that, i dont think so.. but just running into them in the streets is possible
