The most important issue is whether you can get a high speed internet connection to your shop? If you can do this then you should have no problems. You need to call Internet Service Providers (ISP) in your area if you have them and if not maybe a satellite internet connection will work. Secondly decide how many computers to purchase with good video cards because people like to use internet shops to play games. Have to purchase the tables and chairs. Also need headsets for each PC Also buy a wireless router and install a wireless card in each PC, this way no LAN cables to mess with. All the PC's in the shop can connect to the wireless router wirelessly. That is pretty much all there is to it.

The first thing that come to mine when I see your from Burma is that the internet is almost never working and is almost totally controlled by your government. Unless your only going to have games I would think twice about doing it.
