How can I break my "unlucky streak"

How can I break my "unlucky streak"?
However, I'm not as unlucky as some of those poor folks in China and Myanmar. However, I might just as well be one of them. Lately (for the past 4 weeks) my paycheck has been screwed up and amounting to about $ 22/week. Right now, I've got about 40 cents to live with till Friday. How can I break this bad luck (I'm still working with my payroll office on this...) without breaking any laws or committing any sins? Any suggestions? I can't even afford a hot dog.

Friends and relatives? They don't have to give you money but they could help you to at least get something to eat. We had some really bad luck once. I was pregnant with our second child and was experiencing serious complications. My husband had to stay at home from work to help me with our youngest child more and more often. For Christmas he got a pay check that said -500รข‚¬, minus, they wanted us to pay them. All our savings had already been used to pay the bills. We had nothing. We were too proud to ask for help and we sold things to get money, things that we loved and sometimes even needed. It was a nightmare that seemed to have no end. So, why tell you that? Because later on I learned that our friends and relatives would have helped had they only know what was going on. They would have given us basic food to get us something to eat. Some would have lent us money others would have given us money. Others would have helped me with our youngest child so that my husband could have worked. ... but we never told and they never got a chance to help us. Don't you have anyone to talk to? If you don't have anyone that can help then maybe you can sell something or take short term odd jobs to make some extra cash. If you are religious your church might have some odd jobs that they can pay you to do. Churches often look after people in such ways.
