there are theses asian kids at my school tons of em that came two years ago out of the blue their from burma and the teachers call them chin who are they and y r they here i live in indiana

Several years ago some Burmese refugees settled in Fort Wayne. Since then, many more Burmese refugees have followed them. Because there are other Burmese already there, the newcomers do not need to speak English when they first arrive. See article below. They are coming to the USA for the same reason many people have come to the USA, to seek a better life than they can have in their home country.
